$1.2 billion carve-out of Strada Global from Alight Solutions for H.I.G Capital

H.I.G. Capital acquired the Payroll and Professional Services Business of Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) on 12 July 2024 for up to $1.2 billion. The carved-out business, Strada Global, is a global provider of technology-enabled payroll, human capital management, and professional services, with 10,000 employees serving more than 1,500 multinational clients across 33 global markets.
